GNDC 2017 - Domestic Building Service



Achieving Successful by Social Value and Excitement

DBS (Domestic Building Service) Segment hosted National Dealer Conference (GNDC) to their Master Dealers. The event was held in Tentrem Hotel Yogyakarta on 22 to 24 February 2017.

This meeting is held every year where dealers and key sales people had the opportunity to strengthen their relations while discussing essential agendas which are 2016 sales review, 2017 target giving, 2016 marketing and brand review. The event also featured awards show for Master Dealer’s recognition with good achievements in 2016.

Day 1
First day of the event, all the participants invited to visit Prambanan Temple. Prambanan Temple is one of our national heritage and is said to be the most beautiful Hindu temple in the world.Finished visiting Prambanan Temple, the event continued with pool party dinner in hotel and is closed with Traditional Javanese live music at the pool.

Day 2

On second day, all day meeting is held. Opened with opening speech and Grundfos updates, by President Director of PT. Grundfos Pompa, Gert Borrits and followed by F. Chandradinata as DBS Segment Manager.

During first day meeting, DBS overview, national sales review, new pricing, and KPI updates presented.

DBS Regional Sales Supervisor (RSS) presenting their area sales result. Brand and Product Marketing presenting DBS 2016 marketing summary and plan for 2017, marketing updates eg; new product development, New application, and other related in Marketing activities.

The meeting closed with service discussion lead by Junaedi Sijabat Grundfos Service Manager. He presented service partner for DBS and service quick respons in Service Department.

2nd day
closed with awarding Trophy to Master Dealers who achieved good performances.

Day 3

On day 3, still with DBS Strategy plan 2017 and updates from Grundfos Operation, Yustinus A L . Sub delivery and save delivery were raised to the topic.

Finished in room meeting then continued with outdoor activity. Started with “Sinten
Photo”., all participants have a chance to take a picture together using traditional Java costume in a place with traditional setting place then continued with lunch at Abhayagiri Restaurant.

Another outdoor activity is visiting Panti Asuhan Tunas Harapan. When we talk with our customer, we should not only talk about business, profit, and market. We have to talk about Grundfos Value and encourage them to implement it in our business.

In this Grundfos National Dealer Conference 2017, we would like to bring Grundfos values which is “Charity” as one of our agenda. We selected one of orphanage in Yogyakarta and share happiness with the kids over there. In this orphanage they have 33 children among 7 – 17 year old.

This is the best to time to implement one of Grundfos value that is Sustainable. We have donated money donation from GAS and our business partner and clothes and
toiletries from GAS employee.

Then giving the donation symbolic represented by Gert Borrits and Christine Liana one of master dealer to Panti Asuhan Tunas Harapan. Total given charity was IDR 21 Million, 2 unit of JPC pump, and 3 boxes consist of clothes and Toiletries.

Charity event closed with funny games between participants with all children did dance together with children by using balloon. Afterwards we took all children go to De’Mata. De’ Mata is a place that we can taking photo with 3D dimension and we can take photo with statue of famous person like Soekarno and Ironman.

Overal this meeting is a succeed. The participants were very happy. Because of they were not only come to discuss about business, but also get the experience about social value.
