As a global company that does its business based on honesty and integrity, it comes naturally for us to have a common set of guiding principles on what we believe to be a good business conduct.
We want to remain a responsible corporate citizen with a legacy of sustainability, honesty and integrity. It is a commitment which requires an absolute and ongoing adherence against corruption.
It is therefore several rules of our updated Code of Conduct specifically cover the risk of corruption practices. Anti-corruption is also a big part of the mandatory Code of Conduct training, aiming to increase awareness of our business ethics throughout the company and applies to all Grundfos employees around the globe.
It is essential to Grundfos to comply with applicable competition law in the markets where we do business.
In 2016, we rolled out basic competition law training for sales and service as mandatory pass/fail training. This project is still ongoing and is followed up by more comprehensive training and guidance in 2017. Furthermore, competition law compliance is a part of the mandatory Code of Conduct training, which applies to all Grundfos employees around the globe.
Grundfos wants to contribute to making competition fair, free and unlimited.
